On windchill details page the date and time format is UTC (The date format was changed from default yyyy-mm-dd to dd-mm-yyyy)

On Navigate app search details page date time format is different its coming IST and date format is still deafult.

Windchill Version 13.0.2.4

Windchill Navigate(Formerly Thingworx Navigate) Version -9.7.0

Can the date time format be in sync at both places?

I believe that is just a display setting. The time/date is stored in the database in UTC format.

I know you can set a preference in Windchill to set the time to display in your local time zone. You can also set the display of the date to meet your local preferences. I would thing Navigate would also have some preference for setting date and time to your local preferences.

    Hi @Catalina ,

We have already raised a PTC case and technical support team upon consulting with R&D team have only asked to raise as idea as currently it is complex. Also, they have created this article Article - CS451268 - Is it possible to change timezone settings of Navigate Mashup in ThingWorx Navigate. I had earlier raised it as topic that's why created it idea under Thing Worx platform
