Windchill Navigate Installation – Status Code 500 Error

Hello Community,

I have tried to install ThingWorx and Windchill Navigate, but I am facing a few issues. Could you please help me?

  1. When I am redirected through the Windchill address I connected to, a Status Code: 500 Windchill error screen appears.
    I edited the Windchill wtproperties file, but it did not resolve the issue.

  2. ThingWorx opens successfully, but the ThingWorx Mashup Runtime displays a blank screen.
    What could be the reason for this, and how can I fix it?
