Windchill PTC Navigate SSO issue

When I activate the single sign on it bounces to my windchill server to login in.  It then bounces back to my Thingworx server but I get an error.  Error is to many redirects.  I thought this might just be a browser issue, I have tried all the suggestions for fixes found online.  As you can guess they did not work.  Any help would be great.
