Good morning,
if I'm not being too forward, would it be possible to provide a slightly more "advanced" session on query builder where you could explain some tricks for report preparation?

Reports are one of the absolute most necessary things for a system like Windchill because having a huge amount of data and not being able to extract useful information from it is really frustrating.

By trick, I mean a more detailed explanation than those found in the help files, or on the support site, about

- how to use outer joins (purpose, why to choose one or the other of the options, etc.).

- how to join together, using attributes, tables that would not be directly linkable

- how to best use, with some examples, AND and OR in criteria

- other things like these that require in-depth knowledge of the Windchill DB and that a great many system administrators do not have.
