3D Notes attached to 3D dimension

Uding CREO4

I need to create a 3D Note to be "related" to a dimension (or tolerance, or other note).

In "3D Annotate" I don't find the command "Related to object" as in Drawing mode.

Is it possible ?

In the pic I'd like to attached the blue note to yellow dim.

It is not possible in detailing (drawing), and I do not think this it is possible in 3D Annotate either.

You could always post a suggestion here (unless others know how to do this):

No, there isn't a way to relate the 3D note to a 3D dimension in the model.
