Acces to Creo View ECAD Validate

Hello evryone,

I'm currently working on a IDX-Connection between Creo Parametric3.0 and PADSVX1.2

During the process I will have to use Creo View ECAD Validate, in order to compare, juge and validate/refuse the modification.

The problem is, every Time I want to use the ECAD Collaboration in Creo, it says I don't have access to Ecad View Validate. I receive this message if i press on Compare, or on Validation starten.

That's strange, because I have Creo View 3.1 already on my pc, and I can open Creo View ECAD, MCAD or ECAD&MCAD and use it.

Do I have to do a special configuration, or is it just a problem of Licence ?

PS: Btw, if someone is working with IDX between ECAD(PADS)-MCAD(Creo), I may have more questions
