Additional Parameters in the hole_parameter_file.

Drill_depth and Thread_depth parameters should be added to the hole_parameter_file.

Currently Creo Parametric M50 does not allow the user to define the drill depth and thread depth like can be done for the cbore depth.

My company has a set standard for drill and tap depths so it makes it hard to use this tool if we can't define them.

Another parameter that would be nice is Drill_Point_Angle.  Not all tap drills are 118°.
