Allow Custom BOM Balloons text height to follow .DTL entry
Currently the simple default BOM balloons will change their text height to match that entered in the .DTL file while custom BOM balloons (symbols) do not.
Suggestion: Allow custom BOM balloon text height to follow the value found in the .DTL file.
