Annotation Feature Round issue Creo 3.0 vs Creo 4.0

I have a question regarding Creo 4.0 placing a radius annotation feature. It seems that in Creo 4.0 there is something changed but I can’t find the solution and also not on PTC knowledge base?

When placing the radius annotation there is an additional leader where the arrow is placed on. If you see the example which is attached, you will see this.

Is there a solution to solve this by using a setting in Creo 4.0?

This can happen in Creo 3 if you flip the arrows. The way you change it back to attached is select the annotation, RMB, there is an icon that looks like a chain, select this and you can redefine the attachment in the same manner when you first create the annotation. I don't know if this works the same in Creo 4.
