annotation to missing feature warning

Dear All,

I look for the solution to go around an issue of annotation /linear dimension, geometrical tolerance, etc./ missing reference to feature that has been suppressed /for an example by family table/ - what causes a warning. Is there a way to turn off/on specific annotation by a relation, family table or any other method?
