I am trying to dimension the radius and location of a big arc but it wont fit inside the drawing because it is so large. I trieddimension breaks but it wont move the center of the arc. Is there a way to move the location of thecenter of the arc? trying to replicate the picture named dimension1 even though is out of scale. i am stuck with picture, dimension, which is not readable.

thanks
