Asm to surface for CFD

Hi

Running into problems with CFD analysis of a car, i have a complex Asmbilly of it that importing into the CFD is a nightmare. Is there a way to simply down the geometry so i just have the exposed surfaces of the car in a part to run the analysis on?

(i can't upload the asm as its far to large and is rather privite to the univeristy)
