Assembly Component Patterns and Group

Hi all,

Creo 4.0 - M070

I have an assembly with several patterns of hardware in it. I grouped all my hardware to reduce model tree length. When I try to edit definition to re-constrain a component, nothing happens. The edit definition dialog does not open. If I delete the group, I can edit definition on the patterned component as usual.

Can anyone else duplicate this? Is it working as designed?
