Auto gegenerate in creo inside model tree.

Dear all,
I see video in youtube the way make link dimensions from Ecxel to Creo:

So, I don't know how to do auto Regenerate (auto update) commands ANALYSIS1 in Model Tree (you can see in image attach), i have to right click mouse and select Edit Definition, afterwards the commands ANALYSIS1 have just update.
I want that when change dimension in file Excel, save and close file excel and use keybroad: Ctrl+G (auto regenerate) in Creo, the command ANALYSIS1 auto update value, please hepl me, thank a lot.
