Balloon callout location on drawing grid in BOM

Need some assistance utilizing
Task with developing a drawing with BOM Balloons
However, this customer wants the location of the BOM Balloons show in the Parts List
So, I have added a column to represent the BOM Balloon location on a drawing grid
Does anyone have any input as to what is the data_input field should be?
Also... what sheet is the BOM Balloon located?
Is this possible?
