Balloon Issue

I have a balloon and leader pointing to a position on a drawing. Is it possible to move the leader to a new position on the drawing without deleting the balloon and creating an annotation balloon? The attached image is an example where the leader is pointing to a particular area, and I want to move it to the corner highlighting in the yellow circle. Could I possibly use the Move Special tool?
