Basics of EMN file

Hello,

Could any one help me to understand what does EMN file stands for?

As per my understanding, part or assembly (Not Drawing file) can be saved as EMN file.

What is the difference between EMN and EMP?

    ECAD IDF Brd file format. Two files will be generated by the export:

    • .EMN file – containing the board outline and component position information.
    • .EMP file – detailing the names of the components and some basic component shape information.
