cam mechanism failure

Hi, 

I am facing a weird problem in Creo 3.0, where the cam profiles intersect.

At first i thought is because of profile of Cam , then i tried with a simplified profile of the cam, but still the failure presists. Please take a look at the image below/

I have tried changing the relative tolerance (set to 0.1)

i have tried adding servo and did a analysis run , the problem is the same

can any one help
