Cams with liftoff

Hi all,
recently I made an assembly that required some cams with liftoff.
The problem is that when I done a dynamic analysis, Mechanism needed a lot of time.
So I made a simplified assembly where I tested some cases but I didn't see any slowdowns.
Do you have some suggest or trick?
