Can Creo schematic license be shared overseas through server?

Hi,

I need information regarding license sharing,

I work for MNC which is located in Bangalore, INDIA and our HQ is at Chicago,USA. Right now we have separate license for parametric,cabling, etc for two different locations. Our HQ team has got Creo schematics Advanced license, can this Schematics license be shared and used by us in INDIA?!
