Can i change the layout of the drawings, after inserting general view for parts. If yes how is it possible?

If by layout, you mean orientation / which face is showing, you can, but you may lose associativity of any dimensions that have already been placed.

To do so, in the layout tab, right click on primary view. Select properties. The in the view type, pick which view you want (if already created) or redefine the layout. Select "OK".
