Can´t open certain PDF documents.

Hi Everyone,

 

I am using Windchill PDMLink 9.1 and Product View Lite 9.1. I am unable to open certain PDF documents, CreoView opens up but, does not start up the acrobat.

 

* - Note that only happens for some documents (documents that do open and do not open are in the same project, folder, same security settings, same everything even sometimes created on the same day).

 

* - If I download the document on stead fo trying to use creoview it opens up just fine in adobe acrobat.

 

 

does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Everyone,

after a lots of tests and research, I found that Windchill publisher had stopped working for couple weeks in the past, so I had to republish the documents and worked just fine.
