Please help me for  make a mold model step by step for a newbie in creo molding or other method

I want to make a cavity

Your file seems to be missing a lot of geometry.

yes is make in scan mode and convert with gom https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cqsUJcqKq0 and rebild with geomagic
