Componet Placement Flexibilty not working for JT translation

I am trying to translate my assembly into a JT file, everytime I have a succeful translation all of my harness straps that the size is currently controlled by Flexibilty fail. The assembly shows the straps at the corrected size, then I translate them to a JT file and they go back to the original pre flexiblity size. I have made sure its the original assembly and drawing that I upload yet no luck.
