I think I would model it as a solid and shell it to have the correct wall thickness

I have tried using revolve option , but unable to create the model.

22-Sapphire I

Possibly an extrude + Blend for lower side of part.

18-Opal

As @Mahesh_Sharma suggests, you will need a blend for the bottom part (square to round).

14-Alexandrite

Meh, not really correct, but the print doesn't appear to be correct either.
