Creo 2 SHMTL options

SHMTL Options confusion.
Does this second option (image below) which defaults to YES override the
first option which defaults to NO? I have not options set, and yet new
Sharps-To-Bend radius dimensions are getting set to a SMT parameter in the
Feature Relations.
