Creo 5.0 user interface docking issue

You may not know this but in Creo 4 and Creo 5 users can slide a pull down out of the UI.  I call this un docking a dialogue box.   While  an External Copy Geometry Tab I un-docked the 'References' Tab and the un-docked dialogue went just out of reach above my screen resolution above the 1950 on my Dell Windows 10 UI  and  I can not select it to get it back down.

I tried:

1 Re-staring Creo 5.0

2 rebooting Dell Precision machine

3 re configuring the install

4 setting dual displayed & extended displays & rotating the display

I would like to set another display that would reach above 1950

SUGGESTIONS?

You can use:

1. File > options > Windows Settings > Click on "Rest Panel's Position". OR

2. Clear .ui file in cache

I was hovering around that option setting but did not click on it 😉  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
