Creo Cabling - Spool Information

When creating a spool for just one wire say 14 AWG that same spool file cannot contain say parameters for a 16 AWG, correct?  If I create a spool file for a cable, then that file can contain several wire parameters like a 14 AWG and a 16 AWG, a red 14 AWG and a black 14 AWG, etc., correct?  I am making sure before telling my upper management that spools for wires are single wires.  Since we use the Windchill Support software for file management, upper management is under the impression that one spool file can be created for all different wire sizes we use for wires and cables.

Each .spl file is for an individual spool. You would need one file for each gauge, color, etc., that you intend to use. Possibly even supplier, if the spools have different thicknesses or minimum bend radii.
