Creo Composite Thickening Partially Solidifies the Model, While Creo Parametric Solidifies Completely

Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue while thickening a surface model in Creo Composites.

The same surface model can be thickened successfully to 4 mm in Creo Parametric, and the entire part becomes a solid body as expected. However, when I use the same layup thickness in Creo Composites, only part of the model gets solidified.

As shown in the attached image, only the green-colored region is converted into a solid, while the remaining areas are not solidified.

Are there any specific limitations, geometry checks, or composite-related settings that could cause partial solidification in Creo Composites even though the model thickens correctly in Creo Parametric?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
