Creo "not responding" in "sketch" mode while saving

In Creo 3.0 F000, when I first open "sketch" mode and sketch line, circle etc and when saving, creo does not responding and hang it.

Then I have to forcefully close from task manager.

But, when I open "Part" mode and draw line, circle etc. with extruding it and saving, no any error occurred. And if I open "sketch" mode after "part" mode opening & closing, no any error occurred

I think something went wrong with the "Sketch" mode only.

Please help us.
