问题反馈：Creo tf_a4.frm 模板工程图 start 定位注释消失致 SVG 导出 BOM 偏移
问题现象：使用 tf_a4.frm 最新模板制作带爆炸视图的工程图，为满足 SVG 导出需求添加「start」定位注释符号；执行【工程图保存 + 关闭 + 拭除未显示】操作后重新打开图纸，会触发系统弹窗警告，无论选择「继续」或「审阅」，添加的「start」定位注释均直接消失；最终导致该工程图导出的 SVG 文件中，右侧 BOM 清单位置出现偏移，无法正常对齐
