Curve through points and equation

Hello

I am having a curve created through points in part model from vendor side. I do have my master model which uses curve from equation.

I would like to know what to be done to get exact curve in both scenarios. To conclude, how can I use points used in curve to find equation.

Any thought on what has been implemented by PTC for this?
