Custom line styles in model sketch

Is there a way to create custom line styles in a model? I want to make the sketched lines thicker - I can draw over them in the drawing but that doesn't seem like a proper solution.

 

I am drawing a hydraulic circuit on a control panel and want different lines to be shown as a different thickness.

As of now there is no option to apply thickness ... there is an enhancement in Creo 4.0 about thickness in sketch using config sketcher_line_width but it will work only in sketcher mode. There is an article CS109233 about the same.
