Cut-out Error in assembly

Not able to "cut-out" one part using the other. Someone please help! How to i eliminate this error?

The issue with my cut out was that one part was in mmks and the other was in inch units even though they assembled well. What you can do to ensure this won't happen is

1. All parts are made in the same units

2. Check if the part is merge-able by performing the merge check under the analysis tab in the menu bar:

Menu bar->analysis->merge check (or something like that) don't have access to the software right now.

Of it doesn't give you any error, you will be able to cut out.. Or else, check the errors and correct them
