Datum Plane and Axis intersection?

Hello,

I am looking to make a point on the datum plane shown where the axis datum intersects it. I have tried drawing a point on this plane and using the coincident tool, this seams like it should work but the point moves to a random location.

A bit of background to what im trying to do. Im looking to create a sketch showing where internal feature points would appear on an X-ray image. Any advice or help with this would be appreciated.

    Try to select the axis first, then press and hold the control key and select the plane.
