Datum Target Annotation Feature - Issue

Hi,

My problem:

When I create the Datum Tag using Datum Target Annotation Feature and remove it, the Datum Tag name previously used is still unable to change and to re-use.

If I pick a wrong plane or surface I cannot rename the Datum Tag.

Is there a way to fix this issue?
