Datum target points arrowhead disappear on new drawing

Greetings:
For unknown reason, my datum target point leaders arrow head disappear on
new drawing creating in WF3 build M150. If I RMB on the DTP, the properties
(placement) shows that it has arrowhead. I open an old drawing which have
DTP and the arrowhead shows up fine. I compare the "drawing option" for
both drawing and they are both identical. The "modify attachment" option is
not in the context menu. Am I missing something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
