drawing dimensions leaders

Since a few days we're doing complex 2D drawings with many ordinated dimensions. they work well until we save, close and reload the drawing. when it loads, you can often see many dimensions' base lines being shot to the other side of the drawing, constricting me to adjust them one by one. Why do the dimension don't just stay where you put them? it's getting worse everyday
