Enter angle in degree-minute-second in Creo 3 sketch

As far as I know the angles in sketches are always represented as decimal angles. So you just type in the arithmetic expression for the angle and Creo converts it for you. For example

24 deg 20 min 47 sec => "24 + 20 / 60 + 47 / 3600"
