External and Internal Bend Tables

Hi,

I was searching something in Help files and there is something interesting.

The picture above show that we can assign external bend table to a part.

Does anybody know how to do it?

I was trying to assign it from local as well as network location but it was still internal bend table. So maybe you have some experience with.
