Family Table Error code: 20470

I am using Windchill Bulk Migrator Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.0.2 Hello Team, When I ran the windchill --javaargs="-Dwt.auth.trustedAuth.username=* " com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.loaders.wc.epm.Preverifier have some of the objects are failed, which will be attaching , just for giving to you the Info, I Have got error code as FT"20470" in ERROR Table - I have fallowed the article : cs275076 and Point #1. Especially. Now the question, is 22 Document numbers are deleted from INT_EPMDOCUMENTMASTER and sub sequent table records count was reduced. If the customer has asked an question that, why those are not loaded. what to answer them ? Out of those object numbers, which I can open it on source system, why those are not loading into Target system ? Request to please let me know. Here are the errors that I faced Error code: FT 20470
