What to do when assembly can't be opened.... And a msg pop ups on screen (file cannot be retrieved)

  1. Check if you have access to the assembly or any of the parts that is used in the assembly.
  2. May be some of the files or parts may not be in the folder (if you are working in local drive)
  3. Also the assembly may have be created or modified with latest version of Creo than what you are using.

Are you using same version of Creo in which files were created?

Were there any modifications done in file name (outside Creo)?
