GD&T flatness no dual dimensioning

Greetings, we just moved over to our latest rev Creo 4.0\M030. I opened a drawing I started before the new rev and noticed my flatness tolerance does not have the dual dimension it had before. All other GD&T boxes are fine so are the dimensions. see attached pic.  thanks
