global parameters of Schematics

There is a parameter call wire_gauge in global parameters, what is it mean? There are also a lot of parameters I also don't know what meaning be? And what mean the DATASET is? Is there any document to explain

Hi,

wire_gauge is parameter of wire (in electrical engineering) which provide indication for the wite diameter/thikness.

information about any creo schematics special parameters can be found in Creo Schematics help center.

Hi

If you work through the basic tutorial that is available on the getting started tab, it will take you through applying datasets and setting parameters that are required to drive Creo Parametic Cabling.

The Tutorial will take a couple of hours to complete but I believe the investment would be worthwhile
