Helical sweep - 4 times constant profile

Is it possible to create a CREO tutorial about making a helical sweep (two or three coils is enough) out of a pipe that has grooves on the exterior? The pipe should go straight, do two or three 360-degree coils, and then become straight again. The section of the pipe looks like this, four equal grooves, rectangular, 90 degrees apart.
