I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0

we are facing issue for Creo This fatal error coming frequently(4-5 times in a day) while working in drawings.

Hi @edssysad ,

 

For crashes, you can start with the Creo Stability Troubleshooter.

If this can be reproduced on a release which is currently under support, you can report it as a case to Technical Support and provide any traceback.log files that result from the fatal errors.
