Hi all,

a quick question about holes tables. I have no problem creating them at part level, but now i have an assembly of 2 parts & want to show a hole table but the system will not allow it. Is this the case, can hole tables only be created for single parts & not assemblies?

Regards

John

Hi John,

you can create hole tables at assembly level. But only holes/axes are recogniced which are created at assembly level. Holes in the parts are ignored. It depends on the selected coordinate system. ProE only look for hole feature or axis at the same level where the csys is located.

Maybe you will have a look to our SmartHolechart. It is a little bit more comfortable. But it is not for free.
