How do I enable the merge/inheritance on Creo 5.0.6.0

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.0.0

I am trying to load the merge command/inheritance feature.

It is grayed out in my version of Creo 5.0

I added the extension, rebooted PC and get Feature not obtained. Is there a step I’m missing?
