How to hide table or cell by relation?

I have a note on drawing in table cell which I would like to on/off based on drawing status. For that I need to ad relation to drawing/model. Is there any way to do it?

Hi,

in drawing you can hide drawing elements via drawing program.

@MartinHanak,

A drawing program could hide the entire table but can it hide individual rows?  Seems like the only way to do that is with a repeat region filter.  Figuring out how to make a filter read something that matches the drawing program states would be the trick...

I assumed that OP meant a one-cell table.
