How to make special section for cable

Hi guys,

As the title, I want to create a cable which have special section.

Actually it's a SATA cable, the section of SATA cable is as similar as a rectangle with full round.

I want to ask how to use the cabling system(Route cables or Route Network function) to create a cable which have special section?
